Meet Maksim!

This is Maks - the newest addition to our family. He's a Miniature Pinscher, about 3 years old. He was found lost out in traffic with no collar or tags, and the two of us fell head over heels. He's the sweetest guy - really calm and easy going. Chester is "letting him know" (as the girls say when he growls or snaps) who the boss still is around here, and he's getting over his big dog fear of Maggie. The girls think that he is the best dog in the world, and even Jon agrees that he's a really good little dog (even if I gave him a crazy name - yes, I did name him after Maksim from Dancing with the Stars!). He did give me a scare this morning - he got out of the backyard and after I was in panic mode because I coudn't find him anywhere in the neighborhood. He was gone for about an hour and a half. He then came back home, and I took him immediately and got a collar and tag with his name, address and phone number so he'd never be lost again. Is that the best story ever or what?!
